Once the book manuscript was drafted, further updates and corrections were made to the book tables and figures. Thus, what is on this page is ONLY WORK IN PROGRESS. We offer these to scholars around the world who want to check, double-check and eleaborate on our original research. We do not reccomend publication on this data before such quality checks have been conducted.
